March 23, 2012 – Western Washington University stopped Biola’s winning streak at four games, beating the Eagles by a score of 9-6. The #21 ranked Vikings proved to be too much for Biola, as they outscored Biola by three in the second half to secure the victory.

February 19, 2012 – The Biola University men’s lacrosse team cruised to a 24-3 win over Cal Lutheran in their first SLC D2 conference game of the season. The win is the team’s second in a row, following a 17-0 win in a scrimmage against Redlands on February 18.

The 2011 Southwestern Lacrosse Conference awards have been announced, and three Biola players are among those honored. Junior attackman Marc Morgan was awarded a first-team all-conference spot after racking up 50 total points on 37 goals and 13 assists. Sophomore attackman Jeff Clark was also awarded a first-team all-conference spot after his 80 point performance on 51 goals and 29 assists. Clark led the team in all scoring categories in 2011. April 21, 2011 – The Biola men’s lacrosse team ended their 2011 season with a bang, winning 17-3 over UC Irvine. The Eagles jumped out to a quick 4-0 lead in the first quarter, fueled by the previous night’s loss to Fullerton. Irvine managed to score twice in the second quarter, but it was matched with three for Biola, who took a 7-2 lead into halftime. April 7, 2011 – After a first half that found the Eagles on top of the Trojans, Biola faltered in the second half, leading to their 12-8 loss over the University of Southern California. The Trojans started out slow, scoring once in the first two quarters, but Biola came out firing on all cylinders, recording three goals in the first quarter and two more in the second.
