Eagles Close Out Regular Season with Win

April 11, 2014 – The Biola University Eagles men’s lacrosse team closed out their 2014 regular season with a road win against the Anteaters of U.C. Irvine. The win brings the Eagle’s overall record to 10-5, a noted improvement over the 4-12 regular season record of the 2013 season.

Biola Clinches Spot in Postseason

April 5, 2014 – The Biola University Eagles men’s lacrosse team clinched the third, and final, postseason spot in the Southwestern Lacrosse Conference’s Division 2 North section via a win over the Occidental College Tigers. The 2014 postseason will be Biola’s fifth straight trip to the playoffs, and sixth trip overall.

Third Quarter Does In Eagles

March 28, 2014 – The Biola University Eagles men’s lacrosse team took a 6-5 lead into halftime against the Banana Slugs of U.C. Santa Cruz, but a strong second half propelled the Slugs to victory. Santa Cruz outscored Biola 12-3 in the second half as their defense clamped down and their offense found their stride.

Biola Prevails Over Central Washington

March 24, 2014 – The Biola University Eagles men’s lacrosse team rode their second half defense to a win over the visiting Wildcats of Central Washington University. The Eagles’ defense allowed just one goal in the final 30 minutes of the game, allowing the offense to take over and ensure the victory.
